General Faq's

Yes, we do! As long as puppies have completed their initial vaccination series and senior dogs are healthy enough to participate, we’re happy to have them join us.
No, we welcome all breeds and sizes! Our team focuses on behavior and temperament, not appearance. Every pet gets evaluated to make sure they’re comfortable and safe in our care.
For dogs, we require Rabies, Influenza, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, a heartworm test, and the Distemper/Parvo Combo (3-year vaccines are accepted), along with a negative fecal exam every six months.
We take cleanliness very seriously. Using veterinary-grade cleaning supplies, our staff follows strict cleaning and disinfecting procedures every day to maintain a safe and healthy environment. High-touch surfaces are sanitized multiple times a day, bedding is laundered between each use, and all food and water bowls are sanitized after each meal. We also have protocols in place in the event of any illness or outbreak to ensure quick, thorough action.
Absolutely. We understand how much your pet means to you, so you’re always welcome to call and check in during business hours. Our team will happily give you an update on how your furry friend is doing.
Yes! We love meeting new pet parents and are happy to give tours during our office hours (Monday–Friday 7am–7pm, Saturday 9am–12pm). It’s the best way to see where your pet will play, rest, and be cared for.

Boarding & Daycare Faq's

Our team provides consistent care throughout the day and evening, following structured routines to make sure every pet is comfortable and safe overnight.
Please bring your pet, their food, and any medications in their original prescription bottles. We provide bedding, but you can include one small, washable comfort item if you’d like.
Our team is trained in dog behavior, body language, and safe handling. We use positive reinforcement, maintain proper staff ratios, and follow established emergency protocols to ensure every pet’s safety.

Every dog completes a temperament evaluation before joining group play. If a dog shows signs of discomfort or doesn’t enjoy group settings, we’ll adjust their day to focus on individualized care and enrichment instead.
No, dogs may come as often or as little as their owner prefers. There are some benefits to consistent daycare attendance, namely familiarity with each other and a better chance of having minimal stress and more fun!
Yes! Our daycare and boarding playgroups are always supervised. We maintain a 10-to-1 dog-to-staff ratio to ensure every pup gets the attention they deserve.
Our team undergoes extensive training in canine body language, group play dynamics, and emergency response. We look for subtle cues in posture, vocalization, and interaction to ensure all dogs are safe and happy.
We organize dogs by play style and temperment to make sure everyone has fun and stays safe. Playtime includes toys, agility equipment, and even pools in warmer weather. We also schedule decompression breaks throughout the day to keep energy levels balanced.
